Well, the concept itself is good. Young player shining, getting attention etc. Not much to say, since only three chapters were posted until now. Though a few things to criticize. While the idea of involving readers in voting stuff for the story is good, some things should have been decided beforehand. Like the national team. Italy was chosen, but to be honest, every time I read his name, it’s a bit weird, since for me it appears to be a typical English name. Then the scouring of mendes is also a bit weird. If it’s someone from his agency, scouring youth team games/players, it would be acceptable, but this? Mendes himself? Still gonna keep reading and let’s see where it takes. Would suggest reading la Masia, England greatest football fics on this page and following their writing style. But keep going though, it’s still nice and nothing that would make me currently stop reading it or hating the story

Love the novel. Love how the story is written. Love El. “If everyone turns against you, then everyone will lose.” Bars! I just don’t understand how Ethan got almost 80% of the females in the original and also Aaliyah from my boy Oliver. You can never make me like Ethan. He’s like Fang Zheng from RI. I also don’t get why we see very little of Inder but maybe later something will happen but still very good story.

I'm very proud to officially join the shameless authors' club, and am very confident in my ability to one-up them all in that particular field. This book is based on reality, but it also isn't. Many artists don't exist there such as Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, James Arthur, Bruno Mars, Dean Lewis... ahem, well a lot of them basically don't exist. Why you ask? Well, because I don't want my MC to be so shameless as to steal other people's work, so he'll be a lyrical genius instead.
