“Are you an actual human person?” This quote applies as character dialogue interactions in this story do not resemble organic communication between real people. I don’t know if the story is trying to be mysterious and reveal answers later, but not simply having a real discussion addressing Cael, why they’re bothering to humor him, anything real about him being learned… Was a mistake. Because Niklaus Mikaelson may not have killed a child, nor the rest of the family, but what is described is not at all realistic. A Shame. I was interested in the concept - the story delivers lackluster results.
