SYNOPSIS:

world. Labeled a biological failure by the elite Global Health Organization (GHO), she was the
"Public Peculiar"—a girl whose only role was to be a pageant-staged curiosity, a living
reminder of what it meant to be "broken."
But when a localized temporal collapse begins to erase Tokyo, the world realizes its fatal error.
