Longevity Martial Arts: I have a Mysterious Water Snake Avatar
"Mine, mine, it's all mine. I'll just take a bite, I, I, I'll just take a bite!!!"
Upon waking up, Hong Yuan had transmigrated to a chaotic world filled with monstrous demons, where life was as insignificant as grass.
His aptitude was extremely poor, advancing his cultivation at a snail's pace. Even possessing a proficiency panel did nothing to help. At this rate, his highest achievement in life would likely only be as the steward of an outer sect.
Luckily, he obtained an avatar of the Exotic Beast - Mysterious Water Snake.
Hong Yuan discovered that as long as his Mysterious Water Snake avatar grows and evolves through devouring others, his original body’s [Life Span] and [Aptitude] could also increase infinitely!
At the same time, the breakthrough of the original body's [Cultivation Technique] would revert, feeding his talent and power back to the Mysterious Water Snake avatar.
Second order demon beast Mysterious Water Snake: An exotic beast capable of slightly manipulating water flow, is able to stir up monstrous waves in the rivers.
Fourth order demon beast Ice Armor Python: Possesses formidable defensive power, can turn a scorching summer into a winter wonderland.
...
Change of mountains and rivers, the shifting of time.
The Mysterious Water Snake avatar defeated one heavenly talent after another, while Hong Yuan, hidden in the depths, laughed as he watched the storm.

Good story, but don't listen to the overpowered tag, the MC is as weak as a chicken. Sure he gets a powerful weapon, but it's something he was given and in no way his personal power. He can apparently make insanely strong items for anyone but himself even though his magic stat is way above average. It all just feels stupid, blaming his element. Water saw, compressed water projectiles, fast spinning water shield. I can think of a ton water based op Rune abillites of the top of my head. Not sure where author is going with this power system, but if MC continues to rely only on external factors having nothing to do with his Own capabilities I'm dropping it sooner or later regardless of how well I like the rest of the story.
