Good story at first. but has too much face slapping and calling mc Coward for not accepting a challenge. The IQ of others is very low. They just needed to wait for the competition to challenge mc. This is a major problem of fanfics that merge pokemon to Earth. The strength structure of the world seems to be low it only has 5 stages. Even with the 9 sub stages, it doesn't fix the strength issue and how easy it is for pokemon to become elite four as long as they have resources. You should add 3 more stages besides legendary strength. Rookie/Baby stage Ordinary Elite Gym Quasi-Elite Four Elite Four Quasi- Champion Champion Legendary You can even add Quasi-Gym and Quasi-Legendary

So far I've read 54 chapters. I love this novel. So far I did not find the usual chinese propaganda even though the story is situated in China (but what's wrong with that). Most of the pokemon fanfics suffer from miss-named pokemon and pokemon level miss-translation. This author uses the right pokemon names all the time and he changed the pokemon levels to simple characters (From E to A maybe even S). That makes it easier to read, you don't have to constantly wonder if the level of the pokemon is elite or elite-four (the most widely confused ones).

Honestly this is the first pokemon novel I like so far. Doesn't feel too forced in most aspects but like most has the problem with the MC overtraining his pokemon to levels far above what he currently needs, like for example his pikachu is already elite four level and he didn't challenge a gym at all, even his other pokemon are pretty strong.
