This is too 2-dimensional for me. It's like DC comics where Batman catches the joker, puts him in a cell, telling him he won't be able to escape. The joker escapes, killing a bunch of people, causing mayhem killing more people. Batman catches the joker and repeat. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a good story where the mc is true to the og Naruto, but the way the author had the people of the avatar world embrace narutos ideology of forgive and forget is just lazy writing to me. You can't just forgive the people who raped/killed your spouse and children. Especially if said people also happen to be your slavers.

I love hating the Injustice verse so much (That must precisely be the writers' goal when they created this universe) ! This verse shows everything that is wrong with the way of thinking of all the characters in the comics! People literally hated Superman for the "unforgivable" act of killing the Joker more than they hated the Joker and Harley for doing what they did! Harley was inexplicably "forgiven" for everything she did! Superboy somehow talked about how awful HE felt about what Superman did to the Joker and not about how Horribly and irreversibly devastated Superman was by what happened , he literally went to confront Superman and, while crying, he dared to ask "Why did you have to kill him? HOW COULD YOU DO THAT? How am I supposed to feel about this? How do you expect me to carry that symbol on my chest after what you did ?" . the characters were Idiots for nothing (Flash and Cyborg LITERALLY played school bullies to Robin [Damian Wayne]), persecuted themselves morally for no reason ( during EVERY issue ) , were ridiculously exaggerated, and worst of all, anyone familiar with The canon comics can easily see this entire story actually happening in the original comics for no reason at all . All the things portrayed in this universe actually happened in the canonical comics over many decades of meaningless nonsense ! It's tiring ! It's great to see this in your FanFiction

Great story so far. The author really understands the character of Joker. Some of the themes and dialog used are really poignant and, according to me, some of the most important to the character of Joker in the comics. The only thing I don't like is the fact that he will lose his memories after the role is over. I feel like the author could have come up with some way through the system that could have allowed Marcus to keep his sanity without mind wiping him. Other than that.... I don't really have another complaint...

Came hoping for a Joker fic. So far it’s just an oc who has anime powers that wants to be a hero. The only resemblance to the Joker is the MC’s appearance. This fic has a lot of potential but I’m not sure what the point of starting this fic was if the author doesn’t intend to write about the Joker.
