a very rare, and very good novel that actually caught my interest, I recommend reading it all, I genuinely haven't had a single chapter be boring, spoiler tho: I feel like the author hates ayase origami ngl, first I thought it was gu qiye, but now that I read the full story yeah what ayase has gone trough is like yuji level of trauma. first she was born and because she was born her mom died... second because her mom died her dad literally abuse, beat, and made her into an machine because he thought she killed he's wife. then her dad died. third the butler that was probably tha only guy in her childhood that cared for her. died. fourth her best friend died (jack the ripper) and she was killed by the one she loves (xia pingzhou), and then FIFTH xia pingzhou died trying to save her.... yeah wtf kind of trauma is that?! this is some yuji level trauma.
