Another terrible slop Walking dead fic. Not worth reading. Calling the MC Hank Adolf, and having the MC give cringe worthy game references while taking to Beth, say enough about the quality of this fic. Highlights are: - braindead MC - author has at best, rudimentary understanding of walking dead world and lore of the game he is basing this fic on - insists on following telltale Walking dead storyline, yet still mashes in stuff from TV series and random idiotic "original" ideas. - terrible stilted cringe worthy dialogue

TLDR: Peak novel about a dude with Agent 47 abilities in buffed-up Walking Dead Telltale world, read to the end of chapter 18 to see if you like this. First, I really like the main character. Seeing his thought process after certain things happen in the novel is really cool. Second, the world background is great. I never watched the OG Walking Dead, but I played the Telltale game, and it was peak, so I'm glad the Author is following that storyline. Third, I really like the buffs the Author gave to the zombies, they are straight up jogging, planning against humans, and retain intellect for 24 hours after death... That shit is scary. The only negative I can think of is that sometimes the story feels robotic, and it feels like AI was used to help write. I can usually ignore that, though, because the Telltale game is so peak.

Worth reading it..The story is like the AMC series "The Walking Dead" which was the most interesting web series. Lead by Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohan..
