After reading this book, of the 1-2k books I've read since 5 years ago (physical and web/e-books), this is one of 5 books I've ever cried too. One was Harry Potter, one was the five kingdoms ending, the death of Jack Ryan's son's girlfriend, the death of Will's wife in the ranger apprentice series, and this book. (In fact at 2 different parts I cried, which is impressive considering I'm a fan of death books and am most of the time amused how drawn the deaths are instead of good passing moments) [I would rate 4.5 star for writing quality making it 4.9 but ya know]
