Author at first chapter you already disabled this story as characters from other Universes appear because this means that as,I remember there was a crossover episode in which rainbow dash goes to the universe of Powerpuff girls. So will this never happen? and the MC will never go other Universes so that the story can evolve to something more original. Now the ending will be similar to mlp where Twilight Sparkle has to watch every loved one die as even if MC becomes a Alicorn all others non Alicorn of MC's harem will die. While if MC could go to other Universes he can find more ways to achieve Immortality and get stronger than Celestia because even Celestia isn't invincible and no matter how much MC trains he won't be able to move the sun.
