Weak character design, very hard to engage at the start of the novel and while promises of a more interesting character are made during the earlier chapters what's delivered is an inconsistent character. He's megumi, sukuna and his past live and this mixture turns simply into a mess. He's not as smart as megumi and not genius as sukuna he' basically a worst version of each character. I will not comment in the creative direction the author took with rct making sukuna be able to bind things, as this is a fanfic but this is just another point the author is desparate to create something unique and to mash this into something new however he failed at crearing a compelling main character. Another point is the incredibly cringe romance undertones. TLDR: Dumb mc, dumb romance, exedingly tedius start
