The story is at a slow pace which perfectly captures One piece style pacing. MC only knows the first few arcs of One piece so he is also oblivious of many important plot points like the rest of the crew. I love how this story treats Gecko Moria character with respect. Unlike other fanfics Moria in this FF actually gets character development. and I love how MC beat some sense into Boa Hancock instead of giving her special treatment just because of her beauty. And female characters don't drop their panties for him easily just because he is a handsome Uchiha dude. (which is rare for Chinese FF with Uchiha mc) The girl who like him have understandable reasons. So far there are 2 (possibly 3) women who like MC. and the bond between characters seems reasonably developed.

i cant love this the main character gecko moria has been in the first 5 chapters called "her, maria" and a few others. if that was not bad enough there are chinese names all over the place. you might think thats not so bad. THEY CANT EVEN GET 5 LETTERS RIGHT HOW THE F*** DO THE EXPECT TO GET CHINESE NAMES RIGHT. i could have forgiven it all of it if they where consistent with the names. but the literal first chapter is so confusing i am under the impression that a woman named maria isekaied into gecko moria after losing to kaido and has been whipped by a man named whatever for 3 years even after swearing to whatever to join kaido before breaking out. i am not even sure if thats right i had to piece this together. i shouldnt play jigsaw to enjoy a story if cant type MORIA dont right names you'll confuse everybody including yourself. im no expert this should be obvious but my final score is me being generous writing 1 star: youknow why stability of updates 4 star: this is me being kind to give you a higher score story development 3 stars: i have no idea whats going on but i get a small jist of it character design 4 stars: i like gecko morias design thats it world background 4 stars: you are playing in odas sandbox you got plenty of background noise
