So, this is my second review. Basically to sum up this novel, only read this if you actually have nothing better to do. ... ... Now let me give my reasons. 1. There hasn’t been any change to the plot as of yet other than the MC of the novel outright murdering everyone they defeat. 2. He is a hypocrite. He literally murdered everyone on Enies Lobby because they ‘captured’ robin. Get that he had to let it happen to insure character development but I doubt with all the strength he showed them, the character development actually even happened anymore. I mean most of the marines on enies lobby were just folk doing there part of maintaining justice, peace and stability. What’s with the holier than thou personality?! He casually speaks of killing other people for points and devil fruits so is he even any better than all those other pirates who kill people for bounty? 3. I have read it to chapter 73-74, basically they just reach the point where they are about to meet Rayleigh. A little bit before this, he ‘reaches’ a conclusion that he is essentially a toddler. Despite having memories of another life... so he blames all the killing he has done on his ‘technically’ being a toddler. My advice is to only read this if you are someone who can’t imagine how your bloody actions determine the world and the actions of the people around you. This is just blatant wish-fulfilment and no real substance. A literally 1-2 dimensional MC. He fully fits the description of the sentence, “You have become the very thing you had sworn to destroy”. Hope this helps you all.
