Soon after, Lu Han hurried out of his office.
He swept past the nurse, scooped Tang Su up at the waist, and carried her sideways back to the office.
As he walked, he whispered to Tang Su, "Didn't I tell you to wait for me a while? Why are you walking around with a sore leg?"

After they got married, Doctor Lu was often away for meetings, surgeries, and paid learning, hardly ever at home, not even answering phone calls, leaving Tang Su practically like a deserted bride.
She wrote in her TikTok bio: "Living like a widow."
Then—
One stormy night, Doctor Lu came back.
Before long, she changed her TikTok bio to: "Please spare me."

I know some people do not have the stomach for the "Crime" chapters but I have found your writing epic. Keep up the good work. What I am wondering though is how he will deal with Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. In the original comics they were only known to have killed other criminals and corrupt officials, it is only in the more modern comics that they have been presented as more brutal. Like back in 2015 comic when the new Harley Quinn blew up a bunch of kids using video games. Mind you, I am adamantly opposed to the newer versions since I believe that the real Harley, although twisted by the joker, has a line she would never cross just like batman.
