It's very hard to find good halo FF so I'm very interested in this as from what I've read at the moment it looks very good and not just a self insert of an OP OC in Halo. It seems that the character will be very strong at a later time due to reasons explained in the story but he won't be infallible which is very good. The characters are also explained well whether it be their motive for doing something or the way the react to situations. I am also intrigued in what will happen to the MC due to him being designated to a different and original project that sounds like it will combine aspects from the Spartan-II initiative and the Spartan-III initiative or trying to splice his DNA with covenant DNA due to the name Chimera. Overall, it's looking to be a great read with a lot of potential.

Solid spartan fic, but no war almost at all. Weird, just a fic about training Spartans following the story of a single Spartan. It's good but not unique in anyway. Well, it's unique in the amount of drama (80%) it has but... That's not why I enjoy Halo as a franchise. Out of all these fanfics that insert a character into the Spartans, this seems like most solid. I just don't enjoy too much drama in my Halo. More action less drama please. Didn't read too far so maybe it changes 🤔.

Typically I am not one to write reviews, but for this novel I shall make an exception. I have read to chapter 26 and can confidently say that this fanfiction crossover between Halo and Star Wars goes above and beyond what I had expected when the author wrote that this was his/ her first novel. While there are a few small things that could be worked on such as grammer, overall the quality of work is extremely high. The author seems to have done a decent amount of research on both Halo and Star Wars so the content is fair inline with those novels. Even so the author does a great job on controlling how the world develops with the addition of the Spartan Clan. If I had the option of changing one thing it would be to give the main Spartan more character, because as of now he seems relatively 'dry' in comparison to the rest of the world. I understand those are standard Spartan characteristics but as the main character having something that seperates him from other Spartans would be nice (something like how masterchef is different from the rest of the Spartans that's why we love him) though that is my own opinion and doesn't take away from beauty of the story. All in all, this is a novel I will recommend to any reader who enjoys the whole Space and Sci-fi genre. Even if you have no knowledge of Halo or Star Wars you can still enjoy this novel
