Well first of all the premise was interesting. The way the main character thinks initially is good as well. The powersystem seems cool as well. My main issue would be character interactions namely dialogues. Thorne in my opinion hasn't been explored at all. His interaction with Mc develops into a casual tone is skipped altogether. The main character is a 11 year old but acts like someone older obviously but no one questions it. Lianna underwood and our Mc dialogues were bad not because lianna was acting like a kid or whatever that isn't the issue. The issue would be that the dialogue for whatever reason feel stale like it feels stale between Mc and Thorne between Mc and Darius between Mc and lianna father like it all feels the same weirdly enough. Then another is the pacing the trial should have felt something more deeper like the point leading up the hug make he feel like is that so? ok, the fight with the warden was easy, like it feels of parts in the first 40 chapters have been skipped I don't know why. The current chapter with lianna also feels shallow. I think a lot of relationships in the novel feels shallow. Now if I would rate the different aspects of the novel based on decent novels on webnovel it would be such- 1.World building- 7.5/10- bloodbinding cool concept 2.Characters - 5.5- many feel the same how bond has developed has never been explained. Whereas some just feel shallow. Children don't feel like children at all like I understand the world and all but there should be certain childlike characteristics. 3.Environment/Detailing - 7 4.Grammar/clarity - 8.5 5. Dialogues - 5/10 - again all feel the same, dialogue here don't make you feel like oh this is who he is or who she is just stale I don't know why exactly. I will continue reading it but let's see. Thankyou.
