overlord the undead king movie

Almost seems like Overlord. It’s a good book and like the other reviews say, the main character actually acts like an undead instead of a human with an undead body. The book has many parts that remind me of Overlord, which is one of my favorites so that makes me like the book even more.

Is it like overlord if it is it's definitely a good book.whenever I see a novel based on undead overlord pops in my mind and try to read it and get disappointed as they are so bland and no character development.if this is similar to typical face-saving MC I am out

This here is one of the better undead protagonist that I have read in a long while in a way this is more like overlord in how he is mostly bull craping his way to ultimate power

i don't know why people are saying that this is as good as the overlord, because it's not. author copied the world building of the overlord yes but the most important thing in the overlord was not world building but the character of ainz. in this novel mc is nowhere near ainz no it's worse, it would have been better if the author had made it transmigrated into the demon king kind of novel instead of copying the overlord theme. also second most important thing in overlord was interaction between npc and ainz, ainz always maintained his position like a king in front of them even if he did deep conversations with many NPCs it still felt like a king is discussing deep profound things, but here anyone can question mc and many times mc will order them to do simple things and when it's done he will say thank you, like bruh, act like a king. like in overlord there were core servants of ainz from the start and their interaction was too good but here core members are sleeping and mc is going around defeating lv 80-200 lvl boss while being lvl 500.
