This novel is almost a remake of one piece, in which a much smarter puffy with another devil fruit (not gonna spoil it). Pros: 1. Obviously, smarter and mature luffy 2. These main arcs of original one piece are cleverly written to suit the new luffy perfectly. 3. A particular new concept I like is, how luffy and his team are collecting bounties of pirates, they faced till now. It may not be possible in the future as they getting famous. 4. Excellent content amount per chapter (not dragging the content for increasing number of chapters) Con: 1. Maybe making the luffy OP may become con for this novel in future. It is not a con now as the OPness is presented with clever writing, perfectly.
