I enjoyed Enjoying Life in Twilight because, out of all the Twilight fanfics I’ve read, it was definitely one of the more unique takes on the universe. I liked the overpowered main character angle, especially with the story siding more with the werewolves instead of the vampires. That gave it a very different feel from most Twilight fanfics and helped it stand out. That said, there were a few things I really didn’t enjoy. I never liked how the Cullens were portrayed so negatively. To me, it sometimes felt less like the author was reinterpreting the original story and more like they had something against canon Twilight and wanted to tear it down in order to build their own power fantasy inside the setting. From what I remember, Emmett was also completely removed from the story as if he simply never existed, which I really disliked. He’s such a memorable part of the Cullen family that cutting him out entirely felt unnecessary. Overall, I definitely didn’t hate the story. It had some genuinely fun ideas and was memorable because of how different it was. But compared to other Twilight fanfics I’ve enjoyed, this one just wasn’t one of my favorites.
