Overall, a decent fic. I eventually dropped it, but more because the developments just weren't particularly interesting to me rather than hating the story like most fics I end up dropping. The MC being a Special Grade Freak was actually a very nice touch. Most JJK thing about the fic and what kept me engaged for a while. The 'Technique' is also interesting (though it is more like a Cursed Tool apparently). The biggest issue the fic faces is that while the author has an okay grasp of JJK lore, there are some facts that are wrong. Like Yaga's Cursed Doll Creation being treated as an Innate Technique despite it literally being a process replicable by others (which is why he was allowed to avoid execution if he shared the secret to the Kyoto principal). Nothing too horrible, but it did build up to the point where I stopped reading. That said, I wish the author the best though personally I won't be sticking with this one.
