The Life of Ishii ShiroIshii Shiro was born on June 25, 1892, in Chiyoda Village, Yamabu Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He was of the Yamato clan. At the age of 24, he was admitted to the medical department of Kyoto Imperial University. After graduation, he became an army doctor. In 1922, he entered the Tokyo First Garrison Hospital. In 1924, he entered Kyoto Imperial University as a graduate student entrusted by the military to study for a doctor's degree. In 1926, he graduated and was assigned to the Kyoto Garrison Hospital.
In 1925, after the use of poisonous gas and bacteria weapons was banned by the "Vienna protocol", he believed that bacteria weapons were less investment, more lethal, more infectious, and more suitable for Japan's expansion needs, so he lobbied the military to set up a bacteria warfare force. The Army Staff Headquarters gradually accepted his view. In 1932, he established an epidemic prevention research laboratory at the Tokyo Military Medical School, which was expanded into an epidemic prevention research institute the following year. After the September 18th Incident, Japan took control of Northeast China. Ishii Shiro received the support of the military and established a bacteria laboratory in Beiyinhe Town, Wuchang County, Hei Long Jiang Province, and a bacteria research institute in Nangang District, Ha Bin. Later, due to prison riots and ammunition depot explosions, the Beiyinhe laboratory was closed and destroyed. From 1935 to 1939, a new bacteria experimental base, the Guandong Army Epidemic Inspection Department, was established in a single-story house in Haerbin. After the outbreak of the German-German war, it was called the 731 unit.
" Unit 731 " arrested Chinese soldiers and civilians for live experiments such as bacteria infection, anatomy and biochemistry, and planned to implement the bacteria warfare in Nomenhan on the border between China and Mongolia, Zhejiang, Changde, Zhejiang and Jiangxi on the Chinese battlefield, causing a large number of casualties and epidemic diseases. After Japan's defeat, he used the research materials of the Germinal Warfare to negotiate a deal with the United States to exempt them from the responsibility of the Germinal Warfare. In his later years, Ishii Shiro sorted out the information of "Unit 731" brought back from China and continued to study biochemical warfare. His daughter, Ishii Harumi, said that she was fascinated by Zen in her later years. On October 9, 1959, she died of throat cancer in the First National Hospital of Tokyo at the age of 67. Ishii Shiro had long advocated the idea of biological warfare, which turned many of Japan's top medical scientists into terrorists. It also had a profound impact on the Japanese high-level. At the same time, the military theory and actions of the United States were also influenced by the idea of biological warfare. The US military launched a biological war against the Chinese and North Korean troops and the Korean people during the War to Resist the United States and Assist Korea.

Is Ishii Shiro smart? From the fact that Ishii Shiro was able to get into the medical department of Kyoto Imperial University, successfully work in the military after graduation, and persuade the military to set up a bacteria warfare unit, as well as carry out research and inventions related to bacteria weapons (such as low-temperature ceramic bacteria bombs), it could be seen that he had shown a high level of ability in terms of academic knowledge acquisition and a certain level of planning ability. However, he had used these abilities to conduct research and practice on biological warfare that violated human ethics and morality, causing countless innocent people to be killed or injured and a huge human disaster. This kind of behavior was extremely sinful and could not be glorified or forgiven because of his abilities.
