soul essence conan exiles

Hey Guilty, **Spoiler warning** i was wondering how the power system works because its mentioned in the forgotten shore volume near the end when sunny gets his second core that he grows stronger faster etc without the aid of his shadows same with neph, so i was wondering how that works with the essence system. Once they gain an additional soul core does there body become stronger etc outside of using essence because in theory the amount of essence there body can use should be the same as before they got the soul core which makes me think it has to be an increase in strength speed resilience outside of the use of soul essence? So my theory is when they get an additional soul core/ a higher rank their body becomes better looking and stronger faster etc and they can also use essence to amplify their strength speed etc on top of this. This would also explain/match with how they become more attractive when they have a higher rank soul core even when they arent using essence . Thanks a lot, Sun.
