you destroyed your root chakra

The logic of chakra working like a muscle is incredibly stupid if chakra levels could increase by that much with training then all root ninjas would have hashirama level chakra levels. no matter how hard mc tries he will never get as much training as a root shinobi those guys get torture level training by the same logic any root shinobi has to have more chakra levels than mc in that case it would be stupid if mc went and got bijuu level chakra while root shinobi got chuninn jonin level chakra. the only thing i can think of to make sense of this is the percentage of mc increasing his chakra levels for example for every time he uses up most of his chakra he gains 0.1% of his current chakra while everyone else gains like 0.0001% in that case not everyone would have crazy chakra reserves innate potential would become more important than training. The whole point of the Senju is that they have a lot of chakra, if you were to make that advantage insignificant to the point where a civilian could easily surpass them, it would be impossible for the Senju to exist on par with the Uchiha for 1000 years. I'm currently on chapter 20, I hope you can rationalize this in the future, and the rationale wouldn't be that people are "lazy", in a hellish world where you can die at any moment, it's not possible for people to be lazy, any child whose parent is a ninja would be forced to train until they pass out from exhaustion. In a world where people are guaranteed to have kage or jonin level chakra, and 95% of what determines strength is chakra, anyone would kill themselves to have that level of chakra. In the ninja world, power is almost entirely determined by the amount of chakra, you may have terrible chakra control, a bad taijutsu form, your skill level may be low, you may be untrained, you may know less than 5 jutsu, you may not know genjutsu, you may use even the jutsu you know inefficiently, but you can be someone at the six path level with an incredibly large amount of chakra, for those who still haven't noticed, the person I'm describing is Naruto. You can be incredibly successful in all of the shinobi's abilities, but if you have genin or chuninn level chakra, you will never be able to defeat any elite jonin, you will not be able to survive for 5 seconds against someone at the kage level.

Will Mc's chakra reserves increase? Will he at least reach Bijuu level chakra? Because in the Naruto universe, power is almost entirely determined by chakra reserves; the ranking of the top 10 strongest people is the same as the ranking of the top 10 people with the most chakra. And chakra reserves are determined at birth; they cannot be increased through training. The only thing you can do with training is access more chakra reserves faster than your potential, but you can't surpass that potential. So, in summary, I'm curious how he will overcome the problem of his low chakra reserves.

The only thing that bothers me is that the author doesn't seem to understand the concept of chakra affinity in Naruto. In Naruto, having a chakra affinity simply means that you have a natural talent for a specific chakra nature, making it easier for you to learn and master it. If the chakra paper says that your affinity is Wind Release, that doesn't mean you can't use the other chakra natures, such as Fire, Water, Earth, or Lightning Release. The same applies to Yin and Yang Release—especially Yin and Yang, which are essentially spiritual energy (Yin) and physical energy (Yang). Other than that, the fanfic is good.

Very cliche story. MC is extremely talented and has a huge chakra pool. His parents are very kind and loving. Danzo is the obviously evil guy and decided to attack them because 'they're hindering his plans'. Aside from this, the Root anbu laugh, explain their strategies, their own identities and talk a lot. Completely unlike the Canon Root anbu who are emotionless killing machines. All in all, this fanfic was a waste of time. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

everything is great, it's just that " Author" can you give us more jutsu's or other types of Chakra nature's cause I find it hard to believe that fugaku has only 1 affinity even though his his talented and a jonin at 13 but has 1 chakra nature, or maybe your just going to add other jutsu's and chakra nature's later on in the story
