don't normally write reviews, but the choice of python as the main programming language for a programming god seems weird, if he already knows everything and can't make mistakes he should use something like C, rust, zig or some other lower level language, since all of the core ML libraries are written in other languages anyway, and can typically be directly used (or easily generate binds for them) This just annoys me since python is both interpreted, not statically typed, and garbage collected, all of which make it subpar especially for a programming god, especially given that python is so slow It would be cooler if he made his own language or something with better features like comptime code (metaprogramming), zero cost abstractions, traits/concepts etc, doesn't have to actually exist, just to make sense but when directly using things from the real world, if your going to be a god of programming, it just feels wrong to accept all of the limitations of python when there are tons of other languages that fit way better, e.g. rust, ,c++, c, zig etc For the actual book content, ive found it ok so far, he's quite op (nothing wrong with that), and seems to me like a kind of wish fulfilment novel. It has a decent pace so far, but a bit feels like filler. The world seems to be missing or undeveloped only in the things he wants to make. Best of luck with the rest of the novel.
