I wouldn't recommend novel for people to read. I guess this is authors first novel, cause inexperience is felt while reading this. While premise could be interesting, lack of any research about america and police give novel too many defects at start. e.g. crossing the border with mexico while vaulting over the fence/wall (most of us mexican border in 2003 didnt have fence/wall and texas-mexican border is river), also promotion to detective just cause of good combat skills, or detectives having uniforms. Also instead of Sherlock type of detective, you get a Rambo in a police.

I’m a fan of the trilogy so I’m pretty biased but this was an awesome story! I definitely recommend all of them - My drain system, my werewolf system, and my vampire system!

This is one of the greatest novel trilogy to ever exidt and i hope i continue after 3 .great greater greatest novel trilogy to ever be made all books are all five star

Overall a very cliché and poorly written novel. It's basically just your standard cookie cutter Korean dungeon novel. Only the writing and the way the story is told is also very monotone(pretty much everything is told through internal dialogue), the main character is pretty dumb, and there are quite a few grammatical errors(especially past/present tense errors). And oh yea, cities are called things like City X, Border bank Z and so on and so forth. The naming sense of the author is just absolutely horrible to the point it ruins immersions. Overall not an absolutely horrible novel, but also not worth reading.
