The story is genuinely engaging. During the American football games, it honestly feels like you're right there on the field. The action is immersive, and you experience the intensity of each match alongside the players, which makes these moments especially impactful. The characters are, overall, very well written. Both the main cast and the most important supporting characters have great chemistry, and their relationships feel natural and believable. You can tell there's real thought behind the way they interact. Of course, this is a fanfiction, and on top of that, it's a crossover between multiple universes. Because of that, the original timeline isn't strictly followed. Personally, I didn't find that to be an issue at all. You simply have to approach the story as an alternate universe inspired by *Young Sheldon* and several other franchises. Once you accept that premise, the story flows very well, and the relationships and pairings become genuinely enjoyable to follow. I also liked that some characters have personalities that differ from their original counterparts. Rather than being a drawback, it offers a fresh interpretation of familiar characters, and for the most part, it works well. That said, I did notice a few weaknesses. The first is just a personal impression: some sections feel as though they may have been refined or formatted with the help of AI, although I have no way of confirming that. To me, the author is clearly still the driving force behind the story, and if AI was used at all, it seems to have been mainly for formatting or polishing certain passages. That doesn't bother me in itself, but a few details gave me that impression. The first of those details is the way some characters develop. At times, their personalities or even their decisions change rather abruptly between chapters, or occasionally even within the same chapter. Sometimes those changes serve the plot, but in other cases they feel a little too sudden and can be confusing. The second issue involves Mr. Remington. When he helps Georgie get into Highland Park and plays a role in recruiting several players, he appears to be set up as a major character, particularly as a political and financial supporter for George Sr. and the football program. However, after only a few chapters, he fades almost entirely into the background. That's unfortunate because he had real narrative potential, and his reduced role is noticeable. Finally, the structure of some chapters particularly certain titles and transitions sometimes reinforces that same impression of AI-assisted formatting. It's not a major flaw, but it's something I noticed while reading. Despite these minor criticisms, they never outweigh the story's strengths. The football scenes are exciting, the character relationships are compelling, and the world is genuinely enjoyable to explore. Overall, I sincerely recommend this story. You simply have to set aside the official timeline and view it as a new adventure set in an alternate universe that brings together "Young Sheldon" and several other crossover worlds. If you approach it with that mindset, you'll find a captivating story that is well worth reading.
