Cant yoichi move without spreading his seed? Honestly i like the earlier chapters but now it just seems like he is becoming more of a degenerate at this point.

The first half of the story isn't that much different than the original source material in terms of plot progression. With the MC instead of Nagumo falling into the dungeon, but unlike Nagumo, the MC has the gamer system to ensure he isn't completely dead weight. Anything after is where the real differences start to crop up, with how characters behave differently or how an apostle showed up early.
