Don't mind my comment I'm still going to read the full story but I think Kakashi is being heavily underscaled, especially in the Hulk fight. Kakashi was only around 12 years old when he cut lightning. Even a conservative calculation puts that feat at over Mach 2,000, around 700 km/s, and higher interpretations put it much closer to relativistic speed. That was a young Kakashi with a recently transplanted Sharingan and much less chakra, strength, control, and experience. The current Kakashi has had decades to improve. He has far more chakra, much better control, a stronger body, a perfected S-rank Raikiri, and now two fully integrated Mangekyō Sharingan with almost EMS-level stability. His speed and reactions should be many times better than when he was 12. At that point, Hulk should look almost stationary from Kakashi’s point of view, especially with Mangekyō prediction. Hulk, Thor, and MCU Thanos have never shown reactions anywhere near that level. By this scaling, Kakashi has long since passed MCU Quicksilver and should even be above the X-Men Quicksilver in short combat bursts. Hulk should only be dangerous if he somehow manages to hit Kakashi. Kakashi should not struggle to keep up with him. A serious Kakashi could cross the distance before Hulk properly reacts and put a full-speed Raikiri through his head or another vital point. And if an enemy is somehow too durable for Raikiri, Kakashi still has Kamui, which simply bypasses normal durability. At this point of the story only three characters accept celestials eternity or any concept level beings can touch or harm kakashi Those are god king Odin, binary form Captain marvel and ancient one this list does not include characters like ghost rider dormammu or any concept level beings that have rule level powers I'm talking humanoid beans that can be physically harmed with the stable mangekyou sharingan he is strong enough to solo the whole avengers eternals like thunderbolts century or at least at the level that it showed in the movie like venom Deadpool Wolverine X-Men or whatever comes in between at the same time. This is without including the 18 months of training he did with the at kamar taj this is just post 4th grade should not be war kakashi and the numbers that I wrote up there they are without accounting for his mangekyou story vise it's is really good though. And I'm at chapter 32 right now I'm planning to read the full fanfiction.

I like the way it shows how Kakashi steadily gets stronger, and I appreciate how he builds up relationships with the characters even though he is not the original Kakashi. However, it does annoy me that there are some parts that don't fit to canon. For example, Kakashi seals off the Sharingan so that it doesn't drain his chakra. Ok, that's smart. But he can still use Chidori/Raikiri without the Sharingan. The whole point/challenge of chidori was that no one other than a sharingan user could use it. That was why chidori was perfected after Kakashi received Obito's sharingan. But most of my complaints on that front are minute details, so if you don't really care much about sticking close to canon, then it doesn't really matter. What I really love the most is the stability of updates. One chapter per day--that's the definition of paradise.
