During the tourism festival, there were a series of activities such as the epic musical " Shangri-La of the Dream World ", the Golden Autumn Horse Racing Festival, the 2023 World Shangri-La Meili Golden Autumn Symphony, the World Shangri-La-the First Meili Snow Mountain International Wine Festival, and the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Yunnan White Horse Snow Mountain National Nature Reserve. All of these were the display windows of Shangri-La culture.
In terms of regional culture, Shangri-La was located in the northern part of Yunnan Province, China, on the edge of the Himalayas.
