Desmond Doss was an American soldier. He was a devout Christian and a military doctor. He was thin and introverted, and resolutely refused to pick up weapons on the battlefield. This behavior was initially ridiculed by his comrades and punished by his superiors. He volunteered to join the army in early 1942 and was recruited into the medical department of the 77th Infantry Division. In the bloody battle of the Pacific War, he saved the lives of 75 companions with extraordinary courage. Without firing a single shot, he continued to drag the wounded back from the battlefield for treatment. He was injured four times in Japan, shot in the left arm by a sniper, and had 17 shrapnel implanted in his body after he failed to kick the grenade away. He was awarded two Bronze Stars with V-shaped devices for his outstanding bravery in assisting injured people under fire, and in 1945, he was awarded the Medal of Honor by President Harry Truman. His story was adapted into the movie Hacksaw Ridge, and he was also the first soldier to refuse military service but receive the Medal of Honor. He passed away in 2006. Damon and Bonnie are likely characters from a particular fictional universe, perhaps a TV show or a book series. They are two individuals with their own personalities, backstories, and relationships within that fictional world. Damon might be a complex character with a bit of a dark side, while Bonnie could be strong - willed and have her own powers or abilities.

Damon Targaryen, also known as the "Casanova Prince," was a character in A Song of Ice and Fire and its derivative works. He was Renila Targaryen's uncle and second husband. He was a seasoned warrior and was the main commander of the Black Army in the early days of the Blood Dragon Dance. The dragon he rode was named Krakshoo, and he wielded the Dark Sisters, a Valyrian steel sword. Damon was the second son of Prince Berron, the younger brother of Viserys Targaryen the First. He had a rich relationship experience. In 1997AC, he married the Countess of Talisman City, Reya Royce. This marriage bound him. After Lady Reya's death, he married Lanar Valerian and had twin daughters, Benilla and Renia. After Lanar's death, he married his niece, Renilla Targaryen, and gave birth to two kings, the Dragon's Bane, Aegon Targaryen III and Viserys Targaryen II. He also had a stillborn daughter named Visania. When he was the commander of the City Guard, his friends called him the "Prince of the Capital", while the civilians called him the "Lord of Flea Nest". When he was young, he got to know people at the bottom. At the age of sixteen, he was knighted and given the clan sword, Dark Sisters. He held an important position in the Imperial Conference, but was demoted to the commander of the City Guard due to a dispute with his brother Viseris. Later, he left the capital because he mocked the king's son, Bellon, who died early. In the year 106AC, he joined forces with the Count of Tidehead Island to attack the Stone Steps Islands and proclaimed himself king. During this period, he reconciled with Viserys many times and fell out with him. In the end, he was forgiven by the king again because he married Lanar, the daughter of the Count of Corris. In the tenth episode of the first season of "The Family of Dragons," because the screenwriter had a dispute over his character, he had a conflict with Renilla. The screenwriter arranged for him to strangle Renilla's neck, which caused controversy. In the second episode of the second season, Damon left Renella alone because he hinted to the killer and had his own selfish motives (wanting to sit on the Iron Throne), which caused him and Renella to split. Damon could be a vampire or some other powerful supernatural being. Bella might be a human, perhaps with some special quality that makes her a target for James. Maybe she has a unique scent or power that she's not even aware of yet.
