In addition, a weak constitution, insufficient pregnancy, or a humid and cold living environment may also cause the body to have a heavy chill. The next line of the poem was," It's easy to ascend to heaven in the morning, but it's difficult to be an official in the morning." It meant that under the imperial examination system of the Song Dynasty, it was not easy to be promoted. Pan Lang was a famous hermit and scholar in the early Song Dynasty.
