i should be optimistic

Being optimistic was a positive attitude towards life. In life, the gap between the rich and the poor was an objective phenomenon. From some perspectives, the poor could remain optimistic despite their lack of material resources. For example, in the traditional art of Qin opera, the clown play "Poor Opticism" reflected this concept. Life situations were different. Some were rich and some were poor. Their fate was unpredictable and difficult to estimate, but even if they were poor, they did not have to be overly entangled. It was just like " some people will be slaves for their entire lives, while others will be high officials for their entire lives." However, this did not affect the poor from facing life with an optimistic attitude. In today's society, there were similar manifestations. Although the concept of materialistic supremacy prevailed and people often measured success by wealth, there were still people who adhered to the attitude of " being poor and happy." Although not having money would be seen as self-consolation by some people, as long as one knew how to be grateful and contented, one could obtain happiness. If you saw someone richer than you, you would think that there were people who were not as good as you. You would be optimistic and feel your own advantages. At the same time, the poor had their own way of living. As long as they did their best and remained optimistic in their ordinary lives, they could also have an interesting life. This kind of optimism was a kind of open-minded and cheerful attitude towards people and things. The novel " Qiao Yan's Troubled Times " is equally exciting. Opticism and pessimism were two different attitudes and mentalities. Optimists tend to view problems and difficulties from a positive perspective. They believe that there are opportunities in difficulties and can face setbacks in life positively. On the contrary, pessimists tended to look at problems from a negative perspective. They were often controlled by failures and difficulties and could not see the development of things correctly. Optimists believe that the world will always get better. They maintain a good expectation for the future and can maintain a positive attitude even in the face of difficulties and challenges. On the other hand, pessimists tended to be pessimistic about the future. It was difficult for them to see positive solutions to problems, and they were more likely to be affected by negative emotions. An optimistic and pessimistic attitude has a significant impact on a person's mental health and quality of life. Optimists were better able to cope with stress and setbacks and were more likely to succeed. On the contrary, pessimists often fall into negative emotions and are unable to effectively solve problems, which may lead to mental health problems and a decline in their quality of life. Therefore, being optimistic about problems and difficulties was a positive attitude that could help individuals better cope with the challenges in life. On the other hand, a pessimistic view of the problem would cause the individual to fall into a negative mood, making it difficult to find an effective way to solve the problem.
