In some cases, there were cases where the owner of the phone was blackmailed after contacting the owner. If someone picked up the phone and returned it, the owner claimed that the money in the phone case was missing and asked for the return of the so-called lost money, but it turned out to be blackmail. From a legal point of view, the owner needed to prove that there was indeed money in the phone case because the principle of "whoever claims, who proves" applied. On the moral level, this kind of blackmail would make people who did good things feel disappointed, and it also caused people to think about whether they should continue to insist on the act of returning money. In the face of such a situation, the pickers could protect their rights and interests by calling the police, just like the parties involved in some cases. They could also let the police coordinate the handling. The police would make judgments based on common sense and relevant laws. Read more exciting novels for free
