Here are some hula hoop sports games suitable for kindergarten: ** 1. Single Player Game ** 1. ** Hula Hoop ** - [Target: Train waist strength and body coordination.] - How to play: The child puts the hula hoop on his waist and keeps the hula hoop rotating by twisting his waist. In the beginning, he could practice rotating for a short period of time. After he became familiar with it, he could try to increase the rotation time. 2. ** Jumping circles ** - [Target: To improve children's jumping ability and body control.] - How to play: Place the hula hoop flat on the ground, and the child's feet will jump into the hoop, then jump out of the circle, and then continue in turn. You can gradually increase the distance between the hula hoops or set different jumping routes, such as straight lines, curves, and so on. 3. ** Drill in circles ** - [Target: To develop the flexibility of the child's body.] - How to play: The child erected the hula hoop, held both sides of the hula hoop with both hands, and then bent down to drill through the hula hoop. You can adjust the height of the hula hoop, gradually lowering it from higher to increase the difficulty. ** 2. Multiplayer ** 1. ** relay race ** - [Target: Cultivate children's sense of teamwork and competition.] - How to play: Divide the children into several groups, with the same number of people in each group. A number of hula hoops were placed at the starting point. The first child first played a certain hula hoop game. For example, after spinning five hula hoops, he ran to the designated place with the hula hoop and passed the hula hoop to the next child. The next child jumped to the next designated place, and then passed it to the next child to play different games such as drilling the hoop. The group that completed the relay first won. 2. ** Cooperation Ring ** - [Target: Increase the ability of children to work together.] - How to play: Two children in a group, one child holding a hula hoop, the other child standing a certain distance away. The child holding the hula hoop threw the hula hoop horizontally, and the other child tried to jump into the hula hoop. You can swap characters to play the game. 3. ** Hula Hoop Train ** - [Target: To improve the children's teamwork.] - How to play: A number of children lined up in a column, each child put a hula hoop on their body, and the children behind pulled the edge of the hula hoop of the children in front to form a "hula hoop train". Everyone moved forward together, keeping the hula hoop from falling off as they moved, from the starting point to the end point. Read more exciting novels for free
