Is the mentor's mentor the Grand Master? In some academic or work situations, the relationship between a mentor's mentor could be compared to a " master," but this was not an official title. In the traditional sense, a private advisor was a person hired by the local officials in charge of the Qing Dynasty to assist in handling affairs, such as helping with criminal laws and regulations, money and grain accounting, etc. In modern academic fields, this relationship was similar to the hierarchy of inheritance and guidance.

Great Doctor FearlessThe 'great doctor's fearlessness' reflected the courage and sense of responsibility that doctors displayed when they faced many difficulties and challenges.
From the interview with Shi Fengjun, an orthopedic expert from the General Hospital of the Oil Field, it could be seen that when he faced difficult and high-risk patients, even if he faced great risks, he would firmly fulfill his responsibility to treat and save people. For example, when faced with an 81-year-old patient with multiple diseases and a lumbar fracture that pressed on the spinal cord, the risk of surgery was high, but he did not choose to give up treatment out of his duty as a doctor. When he was trying to overcome the problem of "no fracture and dislocations after cervical spine injury with high paraplegic", which was a difficult problem in the orthopedic field at home and abroad, although most of the treatment methods at home and abroad were relatively conservative but difficult to cure, and the "frontal" surgery he performed was very dangerous, his friends also advised him not to take risks, but based on his respect for the patient's life and his own ability to judge, he repeatedly studied and finally succeeded in the surgery.
In the field of Chinese medicine, although there were many difficulties in cultivating an excellent Chinese medicine practitioner, including financial pressure, the accumulation of practical experience, and the trust of patients, a good Chinese medicine practitioner should have compassion (to help the world), great strength (to dare to use), and great wisdom (to combine the five aspects of medicine, law, and human). This was also the pursuit of a "great doctor" and contained a fearless spirit.
In addition, the medical staff of the Chest Pain Center and the Stroke Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University showed their fearless spirit in the process of racing against death in various times such as the hot summer and cold winter, the morning sun and the late night. They actively participated in the free consultation and guided the treatment of patients. They completed every battle against time with the heart of a benevolent person and the skill of a wise man.
