In the Harry Potter series, Snape was misunderstood for a long time. From Harry's point of view, Snape had always been harsh and cold to him, so Harry didn't like him for a long time. But in fact, Snape had been secretly protecting Harry. This misconception stemmed from Snape's outward behavior. As Potions professor, he was strict with his students, especially Harry, and often gave him a hard time in class, giving the impression that Harry was hated. From the point of view of the school, Snape was cold, withdrawn, and unapproachable. Moreover, he had followed Voldemort, which made many people biased against him. However, what they didn't know was that Snape later became Dumbledore's spy. His original intention was to protect Lily. After Lily's death, he still worked for justice and to protect Hogwarts, circling around Voldemort. It was not until Snape asked Harry to take away his memories before he died that the true reason for his undercover was revealed. The misunderstanding he had carried for many years was eliminated, and his protection of Hogwarts and his insistence on justice were justified after his death.
