elder maximus is planning something

Maximus was a supervillain under the American Marvel Comics. He was a member of the nonhuman royal family and the younger brother of the Black Bat King. His alias was Crazy Maximus. Co-written by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, it debuted in 1965 in the 47th issue of the Fantastic Four. When he was an infant, he had a certain level of telepathic ability after being strengthened by the Terrigen Mist. He could enter, paralyze, or control the minds of others, implant memories or cause the target to lose their memories for a short period of time. He could also communicate with other living beings, but his mental state was not too stable, affecting his ability. He was also a genius inventor, proficient in physics, biology, and theoretical and practical knowledge. He was good at making exquisite machines with simple materials. He had challenged the authority of the Blackbat King many times and even successfully forced the Blackbat King to abdicate. He believed that the nonhumans were superior to humans and wanted to conquer Earth and rule all humans.
