Frankly, story is pretty boring. This isn't really mc reincarnating with minecraft powers in lotr as much as it's mc playing minecraft in lotr. Difference is that when you play minecraft, whole purpose is really just to craft and mine for it's sake, which is fun to do in game. But it really makes no sense in "real" world. Heck, till c40 he still hasn't really done anything aside from just grinding and building his empty fortress. There's not even proper kingdombuilding, it's just grinding minecraft stuff. Other bad part is that author really didn't even try to make mc system more realistic, it's literally just minecraft mechanics in real world, you have nether, he can spawn life out of nowhere by "breeding" etc. Then you have ressurection to bed... Ultimately, if I wanted to play minecraft, I would play it. I wouldn't read about it. I would be interesting in what someone would do with minecraft system in lotr, but this really isn't it.
