*WILL ALL NON-MUSLIM GO TO HELL? - NO!* Here is the proof from Imam of the Salafs: In his book *The Criterion of Distinction between Islam and Zandaqah (Fayṣal al-tafriqah bayna al-Islām wa al-zandaqah)* *Abū Ḥāmid al-Ghazzālī,* may Allāh have mercy on him, said: ...those who are in the remote places of the land of Romans and Turks to whom the dāʿwah (Massage of Islam) did not reach. They are either of three categories: • _A category that never heard the name of Muhammad ﷺ, so they are excused._ • A category that *_heard about his name ﷺ and attributes, and the miracles that appeared for him, and they are those neighbouring the countries of Islam and mixing with them._* They are atheist disbelievers. • And a third category between the other two categories. *_They heard the name of Muhammad ﷺ but did not hear about his attributes. Rather, they heard early in their lives that a deceitful liar named Muhammad ﷺ (far be he from this accusation) claimed prophet-hood._* For me, those people have the ruling on the first category, for although they heard his name ﷺ, they heard contrary to his attributes, and this doesn't create an urge for investigation.” It doesn't create “an urge for investigation”, that is, they didn't hear something about the Prophet ﷺ that motivates them to inquire about him and contemplate the claim of prophet-hood. He *al-Imam Ghazzālī* may Allāh have mercy on him, also said: "...So, if someone heard about him ﷺ but turned away from him and did not investigate and contemplate, did not rush to believe in him, then they are deniers, liars, and they are disbelievers, *_and most of the Romans and Turks who are from places far from the land of Islam are excluded from those [disbelievers]._*” *Al-Imam Ibn al-Qayyum Jawziyyah* may Allāh have mercy on him, wrote in his book *The Way of the Two Migrations (Ṭarīq al-Hijratayn),* when talking about the levels of Mukallafīn (accountable ones): ...So, the first is disbelief due to avoidance and the second is disbelief out of obstinacy, *_but as for disbelief due to ignorance without establishing the proof nor them being able to know about it, this is the one that Allāh excluded from torment until the proof of the messengers is established.”_* That is, an ignorant person who wasn't able to know about the proofs of Islam. He Ibn al-Qayyim said: “This is the one that Allāh excluded from torment until the proof of the messengers is established.” Then he said: “The third foundation: Establishing the proof differs depending on time, place, and people. Allāh's proof might be established upon disbelievers of an era but not those of another, in one place but not in another, upon a person but not upon another.” Lastly: Ibn Taymiyyah in his book *The Correct Response for those Who Altered the Religion of Jesus Christ (Al-Jawāb al-Ṣaḥīḥ lī man baddala dīn al-Masīḥ).* He *Ibn Taymiyyah,* may Allāh have mercy on him, said: “And here is a foundation that must be indicated, and this foundation is that *_the texts have indicated that Allāh does not torment except those to whom He sent messengers through whom the proof is established.”_* Then he said: “And the third *opinion, which is that of the Salaf (rightly-guided predecessors) and the Imāms …”* So, this opinion that you will hear is that of the Salaf and the Imāms and not only that of Ibn Taymiyyah. *He said:* “… *_No one will be tormented except that to whom the message was conveyed and no one will be tormented except that who went against the messengers,_* as it was indicated in the Book (Qurʾān) and Sunnah.
