First page alone was what made me quit the novel as an athletic young male in the marine core i can tell you 100 sit ups a day is not that hard at all. I can do 100 in a minute and sets of 40 push ups i can fo in like 5-10 minutes with breaks. This is not a challenge to become strong thins is just normal athletic training to keep yourself in shape not get stronger. Now if he said 1000 a day for each catagory yea that **** would suck but at least he would get strong.
