flashback vs telling story

Well now that the story is no longer in the storyline "the touch" the story got way better because now there is an actual plot and not a endless flashback telling the story of cybertron

It's a good story. I love the concept of redemption vs revenge as a focus even though it does have it to make it more interesting. I think the author need an editor to edit some grammar issues & details. It's lacking in description of emotions & events. It just telling us what happens in the story vs having more of characters interaction & talking. Good job & thank you for the story. 🤩😍

Possibly the best book I’ve read! Suspense...wars...Magic....love...seduction..good vs evil....The author is phenomenal at telling the story in a creative way! Beware though...it is an addictive book that you wont be able to put down!

We get off to an exciting start in the first chapter or two, and then the story immediately moves into a flashback. And then even a flashback in a flashback! It just kills all the momentum, and I had no desire to continue.

I think the narrative choice of telling the story in a series flashback is terrible for a chapter by chapter story release it makes the reader feel like the story stopped moving, and most of the time you only can have shallow understandsing of what hapenned because the author just glosses over the event and says we will talk about it in detail at a different time but how can that be interesting when the suspense surrounding the events is taken away, when we already know the outcome and even what hapenned grosly. verry unfortunate choice, because the characters depiction is pretty good but when you have a series of flashback that are glossed over constantly it kind of kills the story and stalls it
