any games like cave story

a good idea and a decent start but from that point it reads as if it was AI generated firstly it they didn't even bother explaining any interaction with the bandits who kidnapped Tony other than just "ah, I see people I kill people" and how would the guy locked up in the cave be able to run out of there with the cave door still intact... it reads like a half finished thought

I would like to give it more stars but after reading up to 100 chapters I can not. The writing is great and I think the story had great potential but the MC kills the story. He is a college student that in the game he is a complete idiot or has no common sense on anything. The Author tries to get away with this on the fact that the MC was from the country side. I find it highly unlikely that even someone from the country side would have never been expose to any stories or games related to cultivation or even fantasy. If that was the case, the Author should have said the MC grew up in a Cave where they just learn how to make fire. I tired to keep reading but once I got to chapter 100, I just can take it any more.

its fine to read, my major complain is that it has no games that most people are familiar with. even if you are into indie games alot of these games here are mostly chinese games. i only know about 3 games and i'm at chapter 77. its freaking annoying that it doesn't even have any known or decently famous games. if your looking to read a fic where someone make a story of your beloved games or even old and indie games, this is not it.

While most of the games are unfamiliar because they weren't localized to the U.S, the story properly goes over what is needed to understand any of the games. A great, and funny story with little outside knowledge needed to enjoy it.
