Good story, the only bad thing is that the protagonist is a little slow to accept that he is no longer a normal person, he is practically the devil's hunting dog and still holds on to his morals and yes Keep going like this, you'll reach a point where you'll break if you encounter beings and creatures who don't care about their morals, like Art the Clown, Freddy Krueger.
