In fact the first major arc takes place on an isolated location and we get to see how it slowly goes from suspencefoly manageable all the way to catastrophically bad. Actually, I would say this story is at it's best when it shows how a monster actually overcomes the odds of logic and preparation to gain a terrifying edge. A fantastic spin on classic horror.
