In I'm the King Of Technology his only real cheat is knowing how to build something and yet he some how gets untrained people to build an oil industry and gas/diesel (not sure which) trucks before he even sets up a steel industry. If some one took some British peasants from the past and gave them the best education on oil refinement they could in two months or even a year, and then set them up with the simplest oil refinery they could. I know I would not bet on the oil refinery lasting a year. Over all I will not be waiting on bated breath for the next chapter, but when there's nothing to read I might come back to it because after all watered down beer is better than water (some times).
