Interesting at the moment it would benefit from a time jump. Protagonist is reasomablely interesting and occasionally their are moments that get your blood heated. Still, the story falls victim to an overreliance on Chinese tropes It will be interesting to see how the story develops in the future and whether or not it makes ample use of the unanswered plot holes or of it Bede's tedious and repetitive. Time will tell.
