As other reviewers have stated, the author seems to have forgotten what the novel was midstream. It shifted from the story of an island master to a mainland China-based super genius. He owns the ultimate vacation island but then vacations in Hawaii. He even forgot his world is supposed to be larger than our earth and allows short hop flights from China to Hawaii for that vacation. I enjoyed the beginning but it went downhill fast once it left the island. So many plot problems just started piling up at that point that it became unreadable for me.
