Well written, excellent flow to the story. The main character gives a good lazy strength vibe with an air of invincibility that I really like. Not too evil, not too good, a real goldilocks MC if you're looking for that.

Probably one of the best cultivation novels I’ve read in a long time. It has an over-powered MC and yet the fights are still engaging, even though the MC rarely fights himself and uses his disciples to fight instead. The novel is humorous, but isn’t to an annoying amount, landing at the top of the Goldilocks zone in humor. While the concept in the novel isn’t new as in hunting hot shots, it’s well done with how it’s done in the novel.

The tone and setting are well established early on. We know this is fantasy, and we know it’s a medieval type of setting, with princesses and kingdoms and arranged marriages - oh my! It’s fun to have mate-bonded characters who try to refuse their fate at first, and that’s what happens here. There’s a scene that makes me think the whole idea was inspired as a retelling of Goldilocks :) anyways, lot of fun to be had here!
