Likewise, the grim reality of the holocaust and the ordeal to death of the Jews in the concentration camps are horribly described and some scenarios such as the death of Rommel and Heydrich that really transpired in the past. The story, however injected the characters' depiction of their mission that are associated with daring escapade and the pursuit of the Gestapo on the train to Italy until they reach Albania.

I cannot read this story anymore due to finding it too much of a tragedy. The poor 'witches'. The thing that got me to stop reading was when I realised each witch protection stone originated from a witch caught and processed by the church. That's a holocaust.
