It lowkey is good but slow at the start and not a lot of Paul action but it is picking up pace a lot just wish Paul actually accepted that he is Paul and did shit with his abilities but idk what au tho it’s plans are it is good I recommend a read. And author ik you know what us readers what at the end of the day it’s make or break if you do it or don’t do it.

Had hope for this story in the first few chapters, then the story took as sharp drop and never improved from there. It feels like the author has never seen the dune movies or read the books, and just based this fic off a few trailers or wiki articles. Alternatively it might just be bad AI fanfic. So many things are off with the way characters act and the world building, for example the Fremen fighting the Harkonnens right in front of their Seitch, WTF? Why didn't you have Paul and the Fremen ambush the Harkonnens when they tried to attack House Atreides at Arrakeen. No, instead a massive force of Harkonnens park right out front of the Seitch (which is supposed to be an unknown location to the Harkonnens at this stage) and the Fremen just charge out of the Seitch in a big group with Paul leading them from the front. Fremen were ambush experts who preferred guerilla warfare, striking hard and fast then disapearing. Not charging forward in one big group like a bunch of untrained peasant levies from the middle ages. Sorry, not reading anymore of this, and i don't recommend anyone else read it either. I also suggest the author scrap this story and start over (after having read the books or at least watched the movies). Really don't want to discourage anyone from writing more fiction in the dune universe, as i love that universe and love seeing AU's and SI's in the Dune verse. Definitely not enough out there at the moment, so keep your head up author and try again, but don't waste any more time on this one.
